This template explains the intended handling of account information. The operator must adapt it to actual hosting, payment, email, analytics and support providers before launch.

Information collected

Account name, mobile number, email address, password hash, sponsor relationship, orders, wallet ledger, withdrawal request details, security logs and support correspondence may be processed to operate the service.

Purpose and legal basis

Information may be used to create and secure accounts, deliver purchased digital content, verify transactions, maintain accounting records, prevent fraud, administer support and comply with legal obligations. Collect only information necessary for these purposes.

Sharing

Data may be shared with hosting, email, payment, security, accounting and payout providers only as needed for the service or where required by law. Never store full card data or payment secrets in this application.

Security and retention

Passwords should be stored as secure hashes. Use HTTPS, restricted database access, backups, timely updates and least-privilege credentials. Retain information only as long as required for service, legal, accounting or dispute purposes, then securely delete or anonymize it where appropriate.

Your choices

Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion where available under applicable law. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
