These Terms govern your access to the Just150.club website, membership account, digital products and any rewards features made available by the platform operator (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate name, mobile number and email details. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify the operator promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

2. Digital product and membership

The Money Making Kit is a digital product offered at the price displayed at checkout, currently intended to be ₹150 unless the operator changes it before purchase. Product descriptions, contents, delivery method and applicable taxes should be reviewed before payment. Access is granted only after the payment provider’s transaction is independently verified by the server. A return page or screenshot alone is not proof of payment.

3. Referral program and rewards

Referral features, if enabled, are governed by the reward rules shown on the website and may be changed, paused or withdrawn prospectively where permitted by law. Any reward must be associated with a genuine, eligible product sale and must comply with applicable law. No payment is made merely for recruiting a person unless a lawful, independently reviewed program expressly permits the activity. The platform does not guarantee income, profit, sales, rewards, or any particular result. “Diamonds” are an internal accounting unit and are not a bank deposit, security, cryptocurrency, or guaranteed cash equivalent. Any conversion or redemption is available only if enabled, verified, funded and lawful.

4. No guaranteed earnings

Examples, sample balances, referral trees and illustrations are informational only and are not promises of income. Results depend on actual eligible product sales, program rules, verification, applicable fees, tax treatment and legal availability. Do not purchase a product solely on the expectation of earning money from referrals.

5. Withdrawals, fees and verification

Where lawful withdrawals are enabled, minimums, maximums, eligibility checks, fees, processing times and supported payout methods will be displayed in the platform. Requests may be reviewed for fraud, duplicate activity, refunds, chargebacks, identity or compliance issues. No withdrawal is guaranteed until approved and paid. You must provide accurate payout details and are responsible for applicable tax obligations.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not create fake accounts, manipulate referrals, use stolen payment methods, misrepresent the product, spam people, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts and investigate suspicious transactions.

7. Payments, refunds and chargebacks

Payments are handled through the configured payment provider. Orders remain pending until verified. Refunds and cancellation rights are subject to applicable consumer law and any clearly disclosed product-specific policy. We may reverse related ledger entries for a verified refund, chargeback or confirmed error, subject to law.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features for security, operational, legal or compliance reasons. We will not represent a feature as active if it has not been configured. We may update these Terms and indicate a revised date/version. Continued use after a lawful update constitutes acceptance where legally valid.

9. Intellectual property and digital access

Unless stated otherwise, website content and digital product materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. Your purchase grants only the personal use rights expressly stated in the product description. Do not redistribute or resell materials unless expressly permitted.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms must be reviewed and completed by the operator’s Indian legal counsel before launch, including the governing-law, jurisdiction, consumer protection, direct-selling, tax, privacy and payment provisions relevant to the actual business. Nothing here is a legal opinion or assurance that the proposed reward model is lawful.
